Attendee acknowledges receipt of this warning as adequate and sufficient notice of such hazards. 3. WAIVER AND RELEASE. In consideration of admission to this event, Attendee, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges all Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action for bodily injury, death, or property damage arising out of or related to attendance at or travel to and from this event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Attendee further waives any right to a jury trial. 4. INDEMNIFICATION. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim, loss, or liability arising from Attendee's conduct at this event.
