The camp will cover fundamentals for the beginners and advanced concepts for the experienced players. Each day includes fundamental work, positional development, small group skills, and team concepts. Each camper will also be placed on a team and will compete in a 5 v 5 tournament over the course of the camp! The camp also includes:
- Film sessions and breakdowns of D-1 games to elevate lacrosse IQ
- A college info session designed to educate HS players on the college application process
- Raffles + Skills competition
- Camper of the day giveaways
