Depuis 2017, Nikamu Mamuitun célèbre la rencontre entre artistes autochtones et allochtones à travers la musique. Pour cette nouvelle édition, Mimi O’Bonsawin, Sandrine Masse, Pako, Freddy Cluney, Willows – et trois artistes allochtones – Mariko, Velours Velours et Luan Larobina, unissent leurs voix pour créer un répertoire commun et aller à la rencontre des publics.
Sous la direction musicale d’Ivan Boivin-Flamand et la direction artistique de Guillaume Arsenault, ce projet donnera naissance à un album enregistré au studio Makusham et à un spectacle inédit à Petite-Vallée à l’automne 2025. À travers l’échange et la transmission, Nikamu Mamuitun fait vibrer la rencontre des cultures et célèbre la richesse du métissage musical. Un spectacle puissant et authentique, témoin de liens humains et artistiques uniques.

Since 2017, Nikamu Mamuitun has celebrated the encounter between Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists through music. For this new edition, Mimi O’Bonsawin, Sandrine Masse, Pako, Freddy Cluney, Willows – and three non-Indigenous artists – Mariko, Velours Velours, and Luan Larobina – join their voices to create a shared repertoire and connect with audiences.
Under the musical direction of Ivan Boivin-Flamand and the artistic direction of Guillaume Arsenault, this project will result in an album recorded at Makusham Studio and a brand-new show premiered in Petite-Vallée in the fall of 2025. Through exchange and transmission, Nikamu Mamuitun brings to life the meeting of cultures and celebrates the richness of musical fusion. A powerful and authentic show, a testament to unique human and artistic connections.
