Join us at HJF's Bethesda Headquarters for a panel discussion featuring key program directors from National Institutes of Health (NIH). This event connects individuals, small businesses and collaborators working on dual-use technology with NIH leaders shaping funding and research priorities in this space.

Schedule ​One-on-One Meetings with NIH Program Directors: Meetings are available from noon to 1:00 or 2:00 to 3:00 pm.

​Attendees interested in scheduling a 15-minute, one-on-one meeting with an NIH Program Director should email [email protected]. Meeting requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to Program Director availability.

To request a meeting, please include:

1. ​The name of the NIH Program Director you would like to meet with ​
2. The name of your company or organization ​
3. A brief description of your technology, innovation, or area of interest (2-3 sentences maximum)

​Following scheduling assignments, participants will receive confirmation of their meeting time and Program Director assignment. Please note that participants are responsible for adding confirmed meetings to their personal calendars.
