Night Tapes is a passion project where the bandmates freely express themselves, drawing inspiration from their lives. They push boundaries with their unique sound, never taking the safe route in their music. Let’s welcome them on December 1st at Laska V21!

Night Tapes started out as evening jams between housemates Max Doohan, Sam Richards and Iiris Vesik in London. Night time London, genre-blending, multi-fidelity recordings and honest reflection contribute to their atmospheric soundscapes that ultimately make for fresh and envelope pushing dream pop.
Band has released three EPs: “Dream Forever In Glorious Stereo”, “Download Spirit” and “Perfect Kindness”. Their first single “Forever” has reached over 7M plays. Their music has been playlisted by some of the biggest official playlists and played by tastemakers in KCRW and BBC Music. Last year, they did their first tour in EU/UK and performed in the US biggest showcase festival SXSW showcase. 2024 is shaping up to be the trio’s biggest year yet, with their Spotify following growing by over 50% to nearly 30k, over two millions streams for late 2023 single ‘drifting’ as well as support from BBC Radio 1, and monthly listeners peaking at over half a million with 1.7m streams. On the 7th of June, their fourth EP “assisted memories” was released, in autumn they will be doing a headline tour in the UK/EU and the US. In January, band is supporting L'Impératrice in their US/Canada run. The band is currently working on their long-waited debut album.
