Come expose your horse to obstacles in the dark! We will have simple obstacles set up from beginner to advanced for you and your horse to come experience something new and different. This is not a clinic, or a judged competition. We are only providing the obstacles for your use. There is a flat fee of $25/horse, you can stay as long as you like, or until the event closes at 930pm. You will have to sign a waiver before participating and your horse must have a negative Coggins. Some obstacles that may be present, but are not limited to, are: lighted archway, lighted rope gate, flashing hazard lights, glowing ground poles, lighted bridge, disco lights, fog machine, and so much more!
Tips for success:
Have fun! Wear neon colors, blacklights will be present! Paint your horses! Wear glow sticks, necklaces and bracelets! Be creative!
Arrive before sundown to acclimate your horse to the obstacles before it gets dark.
If your horse is scared of an obstacle, ride past it a few times or follow a braver horse over the obstacle. Don't keep trying to force it to do something "scary" and make your horse blow up. Allow your horse to build confidence by not forcing it.
Sometimes it is best to introduce something scary to your horse from the ground, obstacles will be spread out with enough space for training. Just be considerate of others and if your horse is behaving in a dangerous manner, sometimes it is best for them to rest away from the activity for a bit.
Ask for help! I will be on hand to offer helpful advice and tips for those in need, but my time will be limited.
Rules:
Don't "hog" an obstacle. If people are waiting to try an obstacle that you are having trouble with, please move to a different one and give them a chance.

Do not abuse the obstacles! Some of them are delicate, some of them are expensive! Please be kind to them and your horse!
If your horse is behaving in a dangerous manner, please take it away from the activity and allow it to calm down before reintroducing it to the obstacles.
