About this Event
This month, we’re doing something a little different.
TRC is usually all about relaxed, conversational 30-minute runs - no pressure, just vibes.
But for one night only… this all changes. ⚡️
We’re hosting a Night of the 5K PBs - complete with pacers across multiple goal times so you can settle in, push your limits, and see what you’re really capable of. Whether you’re chasing your first 5K, aiming to break a milestone, or just curious to test your progress, this is your moment.
We’ll also be joined by our friends at Salte, sharing electrolytes to keep you fuelled, hydrated, and flying through that finish. 🏁
📍 Meet: London Marathon Community Track,
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London E20 2ST
📆 Date: Sunday 30th November 2025
⏰ Time: 4:30pm – 7:00pm | * PB attempts start from 5:00pm *
🏃♂️ Format: 5K PB Attempts with Pacers (multiple pacers from sub 20 to 35)
Pacer groups will be set based on the goal times chosen at sign-up.
