Night Hike at Jesse Helms Park

It’s that time of year again so charge your headlamps, lace up your hiking shoes, fill your hydration packs, grab your hiking poles, and join us for a guided night hike at Jesse Helms Park.
Hiking route will be approx. 3.5 miles and 200’ of elevation gain. Entry level hikers are welcomed as the group will stick together (no man or woman left behind), but there is a certain level of fitness needed to hike safely so plz be prepared. These trails at Jesse Helms Park are cut through dense woods with roots and rocks. If we’re lucky we could also encounter wildlife like Owls and Deer.
Parking is located behind the Union Co. Agricultural Center off of Cultivation Cir. Please message us if you plan on attending so we know who to expect.
