Night Class Series: CLB + Texas Iberico

A special tasting of Texas Iberico meats, paired with five C.L. Butaud Wines. Grazing freely in the Texas Hill Country, these Iberico pigs forage on native grasses, acorns, prickly pear cacti, and their favorite, mesquite beans. The result is a beautifully-marbled pork, naturally rich in color. Details on specific wine pairings coming soon.
