NIGHT BETWEEN REALMS - the harvest full moon
As the Harvest Moon joins us in the sky, on the ground we can take a moment to pause to say thanks, find balance and let go of things that no longer serve us as we head into the colder months.
We will honour the equinox of the balance of equal day & night. Lets give gratitude for our hard work and small steps towards a better future for us. We will be introspective about our bad habits and things that no longer serves us in order to feel more grounded.
Releasing doesnt mean cutting off parts of ourselves. It just means shinning the light on our shadows and realising we all have parts of ourselves that we dont like, but working with those parts helps accept all aspects of who we are. If we love all parts of ourselves we learn to love thoses around us with a new perspective.
In this enchanting experience we will be calling the quarterz and inviting our guides to join us. Followed by a guided meditation to help us crack open our inner workings. We will then go through what journaling is, how we can use it everyday to help us understand our emotions. Then go through some questions to help us get started in make a conversation with ourselves. We will finish the night by a fire ceremony and a cleansing.
Come and be with like minded people who are open for connection. Sometimes its hard for us to start our jounrey of self discovery on our own and thats what NON SOLUS is here for. It means 'Not Alone' and thats exactly what you are. You are not alone in this. Come and join our community and learn along the way in a safe and loving environment.
