Step back in time and celebrate the charm of the 1950s at the Rice Museum’s Nifty Fifties Holiday Event, honoring the era when our historic house was built. Enjoy a day filled with retro holiday fun, hands-on activities, and nostalgic cheer.Members can start the morning with an exclusive Science Lab session from 10–11 AM.
At 12pm, join us for a cozy screening of the classic holiday film It’s a Wonderful Life. Seating is limited to 50 guests—RSVP on our website early to save your spot.
Throughout the event, get creative with holiday craft-making activities perfect for all ages, including ornament decorating and graham cracker house building.
Meet Mrs. Claus and enjoy free face painting.
Be sure to enter our raffle for a chance to win one of several festive gift baskets.
