Ring in 2025 with a cheeky bump of caviar and a splash of the good fizz at Nieuw Ruin. We’ll be open for lunch and dinner, playing all the hits in a celebration of our favourite dishes of 2024. You’ll kick off with caviar and a nip of ice cold vodka, before indulging in a feast of favourites. Expect hyper-local produce, fresh seafood and meticulously handcrafted pastry.
Set menu only, $120 per person.
Hand over the reigns and let us curate your wine for the evening, with an optional pairing for $90 per person. Or just go rogue and explore the wall of wine as you wish!
