We’ll begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep.” You’ll lie down comfortably while you’re gently led through breath, body awareness, and visualization. There’s no movement or yoga experience needed—just the willingness to relax. Many people say it feels like hitting the reset button for the mind and nervous system.

From there, we flow into a 60-minute Sound Bath, where the calming tones of singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments help your body unwind even more. The vibrations can support stress release, quiet mental chatter, and encourage a deep sense of ease.

All you have to do is lie back, breathe, and receive.
