Nicole Zuraitis, Dan Pugach és a Modern Art Orchestra

Nicole Zuraitis énekel, zenét szerez, hangszerel, szöveget ír, zongorázik, produceri munkát végez, tanít, szerzői közösséget épít – és most nagy örömünkre a Müpában is bemutatkozik. A Fekete-Kovács Kornél vezette Modern Art Orchestra minden bizonnyal olyan partner lesz Zuraitis számára, mintha férje, a dobos Dan Pugach big bandje előtt állna, hiszen a két alakulat zenei felfogása és esztétikája igen hasonló. Ráadásul a dobok mögött most is Pugach foglal majd helyet. A két Grammy-díjat és hat jelölést begyűjtött énekesnő ezen az estén ékesen bizonyítja, hogy „szíve éppoly hatalmas, mint csodálatos hangja”.

Nicole Zuraitis sings, composes, arranges, writes lyrics, plays piano, produces, teaches, and builds artistic communities – and now, to our great delight, she is making her debut at Müpa Budapest, too. The Modern Art Orchestra, led by Kornél Fekete-Kovács, is sure to be an ideal partner for Zuraitis – it will be almost as if she were performing in front the big band of her husband, drummer Dan Pugach, since the two ensembles share a very similar musical and aesthetic vision. What is more, Pugach will once again be seated behind the drums. On this evening, the two-time Grammy-winning and six-time nominated singer will eloquently prove that “her heart is just as enormous as her magnificent voice”.
