The Yale University Art Gallery and the Yale School of Art present a lively conversation between distinguished artist-printmaker Nicole Eisenman and master printer Craig Zammiello. The pair discuss their collaboration during the 2009 Print Catalyst Program, which resulted in the intaglio prints "Brooklyn Beer Garden" and "Worst Case Scenario." The talk engages the central role of printmaking in Eisenman’s practice as well as the artist-printer collaborative process more generally. Moderated by Elisabeth Hodermarsky, the Sutphin Family Curator of Prints and Drawings, and followed by a question-and-answer session. Eisenman’s work can be seen in the Gallery’s exhibition "Print Catalyst @ 30." Program generously sponsored by the Andrew Carnduff Ritchie Fund.
