Nicklas Jensen er en spændende ny stemme på den aarhusianske musikscene. Med studier fra både Aarhus og Holland samt debutudgivelsen Patient Bloom bag sig markerer han sig som en musiker med både dybde og en tydelig kunstnerisk retning.
Med sig har han Simon Turp på kontrabas og Anders Julsgaard på trommer. Begge har studeret på DJM i Aalborg og flyttede senere til New York for at færdiggøre deres kandidatuddannelse

This trio dives into the many facets of jazz and invites the audience into an intimate, living musical moment. With respect for tradition and an eye on the present, they interpret the timeless repertoire of jazz music—always focusing on creating a unique and personal listening experience.
Nicklas Jensen is an exciting new voice on the Aarhus music scene. With studies from both Aarhus and the Netherlands, as well as his debut release Patient Bloom behind him, he stands out as a musician with both depth and a clear artistic direction.
With him is Simon Turp on doublebass and Anders Julsgaard on drums, who both have studied at DJM in Aalborg and later moved to New York to finish their master.
