The Jazz Train project connects independent jazz artists, entrepreneurs, and organizations across Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Our focus is to provide a shared platform where knowledge exchange and collaboration strengthen the entire music sector in our region.
This time we are heading for Aarhus Jazzfestival and the grassroots venue Institut for X! Prepare for a lot of networking, exchange of ideas, open stages, crossover concerts and lots of interesting meetings!
FRIDAY 3D JULY -
Departure for Swedish and Danish travelers from Copenhagen central station at lunch ca. For all stakeholders in the independent music industry, artist, labels, venues etc etc.
Arrival day, concerts and open stage + CUMBIASOUND live at Institut for X! Free for Jazz Train participants!
SATURDAY 4TH JULY Jazznetværket @ Aarhus Jazz Festival
11:00 People arrive
11:30 Welcome, Institut for X & Jazz Danmark
11:40 Presentation by Aarhus Jazz Festival
12:00 Networking session with Danish & International participants
13:00 Sandwiches and social time
