Nichole Accettola is an American chef, cookbook author, and owner of the San Francisco Scandinavian eatery Kantine. After living in Copenhagen for more than 15 years and working as a chef during the rise of modern Scandinavian cuisine, she brought those influences to California. Her first cookbook, Scandinavian from Scratch (2023), received an IACP Award for Best Baking Cookbook. Her second book, Scandinavian Everyday (2026), celebrates vibrant, approachable Scandinavian home cooking.
Jennifer Aaronson: For more than 25 years, Jennifer has helped build brands through food, from leading global culinary and brand strategy at Marley Spoon to overseeing food and entertaining at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and co-founding an award-winning wine bar. Her work has always been about combining creativity, strategy, and collaboration to create products and experiences people love.
