Women at Work returns to North Idaho College in 2026 with an afternoon dedicated to career exploration, connection, and hands-on learning.Event details:
• 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 18
• NIC Parker Technical Education Center located at 7064 W Lancaster Rd, Rathdrum, ID 83858
This event is designed to give women a closer look at career and technical education programs, hear from women working in a variety of fields, and explore pathways into non-traditional careers. New this year, Women at Work will include breakout sessions that allow participants to spend more time on topics that matter most to them.
What to expect at Women at Work:
• Speaker panels featuring women sharing real-world career experiences
• Opportunities to tour the NIC Parker Technical Education Center
• Hands-on program exploration across career and technical fields
• Breakout sessions focused on entering non-traditional fields and paying for college or training
• Networking with instructors, staff, and community partners
• Information about programs, training options, and next steps
