About this Event
Join Neighbors Impacting Communities to honor our U. S. Veterans during our second annual Holiday Bazaar and Jamboree from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.* on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo.
- This second annual event will include free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages. Bandstand line-up will include music, dance and more – especially highlighting local students and acknowledging our veterans for their service. We are expanding to include dance music, lessons and competitions in the Plaza; a special children's area with arts and crafts courtesy of Craft Alliance near the playground.
Beginning at 10 a.m., there will also be a Family Street Festival with food trucks, firetrucks and paid special activities (prepaid tickets available here) including:
- Horse and Pony Rides (10-minute sessions, closes at 5 p.m.)
- Inflatable Obstacle Course and Slide (10-minute sessions, closes at 5 p.m.)
- Inflatable 30’x30’ Unlimited Maze (Session as long as needed, closes at 5 p.m.)
- Game Bus for younger youth (10-minute sessions, closes at 2 p.m.)
- Game Trailer for older youth and adults (10-minute sessions, closes at 2 p.m.)
Pre-sale ticket options:
- $10 - single ticket (10-minute session)
- $40 - 6-ticket punch card
- $60 - unlimited single wristband
- $100 - small-family: two (2) unlimited wristbands
- $130 - medium-family: three (3) unlimited wristbands
- $150 - large-family: four (4) unlimited wristbands
Please visit the NIC Information table under the "big tent" at the event to pick up your pre-paid ticket(s), punch card or wristband. There will be no admission to the Street Festival special activities bulleted above without a ticket/card/wristband.
Guidelines:
- To participate, ALL vendors must be registered using the EB form at https://NICSoulard110924.eventbrite.com.
- All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits - detailed at . All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation to NIC a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.
- Online/credit card payments subject to fees (typically 8.55%) set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
- This event will continue regardless of weather unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions.
- All activities are "at your own risk." Neighbors Impacting Communities, its staff, affiliates and representatives may not be held liable for any damage, injury or death resulting from participation, including claims based on negligence.
- All pre-paid fees are non-refundable.
