The Clarence Valley Plunge Festival is the perfect time of year to dive in to something new! We would love for you to join us at our Community Dance Jam!This year our theme is TAKE YOUR PASSION AND MAKE IT HAPPEN! You are invited to wear something purple, the colour of passion and dance for positive change, love and connection within our beautiful vibrant community and beyond.
I have several beautiful Nia sistars coming to our town and our Jam to guide us to dance to some amazing global music and connect with universal JOY! Let's all bring our power and passion as a commUnity and raise the vibration! Nia is for everyBODY...all ages, all fitness levels...you will be very welcome.
This year, funds will again go to the Maclean branch of the Salvation Army and their Family and Domestic Violence Support Services. Their services focus on prevention, restoration and healing to provide specialised family violence support to families and individuals who are experiencing and recovering from violence, modern slavery and forced marriage.
Your entry of $25 is your donation to this very important service.
What to wear: comfortable exercise clothes
What to bring: water and a yoga mat if you have one
