Indulge in a movement practice that combines elements of dance, martial arts, and healing arts.

Nia is low impact, provides cardio conditioning, builds stamina, improves balance, rejuvenates and restores.

Nia is adaptable to any level of fitness. All bodies welcome. No experience needed.
