Nia Dance Class

Get your dance on and step into a Nia class. Nia is a powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices. It is a holistic movement & wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body mind emotions and spirit.

Pre-registration and a signed liability waiver will be required to attend. Address will be provided upon registration. Doors open at 5:15 PM. Donations will be accepted at the door. We will dance barefoot or with indoor-only shoes.
