Tanya Troska is an award-winning brand manager and founder of Back2Basics, LLC - a small local brand-first agency that supports independent small business owners in service-first related industries. Tanya has helped over 200 business owners successfully design, curate, care for, or retire and transition their brands over the course of two decades.

From a time before social media to a time when AI is taking center stage, Tanya has been there with small business leaders, locking arms and providing them with sound practices to help them design, establish, grow, and protect the integrity of local brands as they transition through the lifecycle of their business journey.
