It's about to get Reel! 🎣 New Hanover Township is thrilled to announce our Annual Fishing Derby on Saturday, May 3 from 9 - 11 a.m. This Trout-standing 🐟 event is open to ages 15 and under! Prizes on the hook for the first fish, most fish, biggest fish, and smallest fish.
So ready to have the Bass-t time with all of you! Sign your kiddos up today and bring your friends - Our Annual Fishing Derby is set to be a splash! Just let minnow if you have any questions!
(Rain date is Sunday, May 4.)
The event goes from 9-11 a.m. for children and fishing licenses are not needed during this time when helping the kids. If you would like to stay and fish afterwards, you will then need a fishing license.
