NHCA New York Chapter Launch: Board Formation

Join the National Hispanic Construction Alliance (NHCA) for a key gathering in New York as we take the next step toward launching the NHCA New York Chapter.

This event is designed for professionals interested in taking a leadership role in shaping the future of the Hispanic construction community in New York. We are bringing together contractors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders to define and establish the founding Board of Directors for the chapter.

As part of the afternoon, attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a featured presentation by Tina Marie Hernandez, co-author of Latinas in Construction, hosted in collaboration with the NAHREP Regional Connect Northeast event. This session will help bring together a broader audience and create momentum for building a strong and engaged chapter.

Following the presentation, NHCA leadership will host a working session focused on:

1. Introducing NHCA’s mission, structure, and national impact
2. Presenting available board positions and leadership roles
3. Identifying committed individuals to form the founding board
4. Aligning on next steps to officially launch the New York chapter
