Primary Day is just around the corner, September 8th! Before you cast your vote, come meet the candidates, hear where they stand on the issues, and ask the questions that matter most to you.

Gate City Voices invites candidates from across the region to participate in an open, welcoming community forum where voters can engage directly with those seeking public office.
Candidates are invited to:
• Set up a small table to share campaign literature, palm cards, and informational materials.
• Bring campaign signs to display.
• Participate in a community Question & Answer session with attendees.
• Speak directly with voters in a respectful and welcoming environment.
• Bring a small team to help staff your table and connect with community members throughout the event.

This event isn't just about candidates. It's about YOU!
Community members are encouraged to bring signs representing the issues, causes, and values they are passionate about. Whether you're passionate about affordable housing, healthcare, education, workers' rights, gun safety, reproductive rights, climate action, protecting democracy, or another issue close to your heart, bring your signs and make your voice visible!
Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring your passion. And if there's an issue you care deeply about, bring your sign!
At Gate City Voices, we believe democracy is strongest when voters have access to information, open dialogue, and the opportunity to engage directly with candidates and their community.
This forum is about building understanding, encouraging civic participation, and creating space for respectful conversations even when we don't all agree.
