Join Harry from Barefooted NZ to explore the ngahere around Arataki this School holidays! We’ll head out on a hīkoi and discover some of the amazing creatures and plants that Aotearoa has to offer. We’ll make trees come to life with mud faces, and then enjoy some quiet hammock time listening to the manu (and hopefully spotting some!) all around us.
This event will go ahead rain or shine, so pack your gumboots and a hat just in case! This is a whānau event, so all tamariki must be accompanied by a parent or adult helper. Please register for all attendees as spaces are limited.

Where: Meet at the front desk inside Arataki Visitor Centre.
Cost: Free (but registration essential)!
