🚨 DYNAMIC DUO UPDATE 🚨We’ve made a BIG change to make sure this year’s competition gets everything it deserves. With so many moving parts in September, we didn’t want to sell this event short—so we’re bringing it to Saturday, November 1st!
And that’s not all… this new date lines up perfectly with our 9-Year Anniversary! 🎉
We first opened our doors on November 3, 2017 CrossFit only. Fast forward to today—we’ve grown into the full Norwich Fitness Center at 2 Wisconsin Ave. We’ve become a pillar in the community, changing lives every single day, and we’re only just getting started. 💪
So let’s celebrate in style—with our biggest, most unforgettable Dynamic Duo Competition yet!
