Gear up for an epic journey with our Winter Warrior Challenge! Starting on September 5th we're hosting 10 weeks of intense training every Friday night known as Friday Night Lights. This exclusive program features special programming just for Winter Warrior participants designed to push your limits and maximize your gains! A concluding competition called the Winter Rumble will be on November 22nd!What to Expect: 🏆
1RM Testing: We'll test your one-rep max (1RM) for 3 key movements at the start and end of the program to track your progress. Introductions & Testing will take place on Sept 5th 5:15-7pm.
Friday Night Lights Training: 10 weeks of dedicated specialty training every Friday night from 5:15-7pm: Sept 12th 19th 26th Oct 3rd 17th 24th Nov 7th 14th and 21st.
Winter Rumble: Celebrate your hard-earned gains with a thrilling competition on November 22nd: 9am-12pm. Starting with the Winter Warriors retesting their 1RMs to see the biggest gainer and then a FUN all levels welcome community competition called THE THUNDER 1000! Food truck celebration after!
