✨ NextGen Empowered "Confidence Experience" for Pre-Teen Girls ✨
A fun, inspiring, and confidence-building day designed to help girls shine from the inside out.
Summer is the perfect time to slow down, reflect, and focus on becoming the best version of yourself. The Confidence Experience gives girls ages 11-13 the opportunity to build confidence, make new friends, discover their strengths, and learn tools they can use all summer long and carry with them into the new school year.
With interactive activities, engaging discussions, confidence-building exercises, and a confidence photoshoot, this experience is designed to help every girl feel seen, valued, and empowered.
✨ Limited to just 15 girls to create a welcoming environment where every participant feels comfortable, supported, and encouraged.
What to Expect
💫 Hour 1: Connection, Confidence & Self-Discovery
We’ll kick off the day with fun icebreakers and activities that help girls connect, make new friends, and feel comfortable being themselves.
Through interactive worksheets and guided discussions, girls will begin exploring:
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Positive mindset habits
• Their unique strengths and gifts
• Who they are becoming
Each girl will receive a journal and workbook filled with reflection exercises she can continue working on throughout the summer.
👠 Hour 2: Poise, Posture & Presence
Confidence isn't just something you feel; it's something you project.
Girls will learn:
• How body language impacts confidence
• The power of posture and presence
• How to walk into a room with self-assurance
• Fun runway-style walking exercises that build poise and confidence
📸 Hour 3: Confidence Photoshoot Experience
It's time to celebrate everything they've discovered about themselves.
Each girl will participate in a professional mini photoshoot designed to capture her unique personality, confidence, and inner sparkle.
Every participant will receive 5 professionally edited photos to remember the experience and see themselves through a new lens.
