Join Project by Project for an exclusive 12-course omakase experience at Omakase OSUKAA Midtown East, where the chef will guide you through a meticulously curated tasting featuring premium tuna, seasonal Japanese fish, delicate shellfish, and sake pairings that elevate every course. Conclude the evening with the traditional art of a live whole tuna cutting before savoring freshly prepared selections served immediately after the carving.

Your $75 ticket includes:

• A 12 course Omakase experience with sake, focused on 2-4 tuna courses and a mixture of Japanese fish and shellfish.
• A whole Tuna cutting with pieces served at the end of the tasting.
