With 19 acres split by Salem Creek, we will divide into teams (depending on attendance) for trash pickup, trail maintenance, and sign cleaning on the Forest and Meadow areas. You can sign up for attendance at https://gatewaynaturepreserve.org/events
We’ll meet at the GNP Pollinator Garden gravel parking lot on 1490 S. Broad Street in Winston-Salem (south side of the Salem Creek bridge behind the bus stop).
Tools will be provided, but if you have garden shears, loppers, or garden rakes then please bring these along with work gloves, sturdy shoes, bug spray, and water.
If you’re new to volunteering at GNP, visit the site https://gatewaynaturepreserve.org/support/volunteer to sign the waiver as a new volunteer along with logging your volunteer time.
