Next Step by Glowstep: Real talk about what’s next

Next Step is an intimate, reflective session for founders, leaders, and professionals exploring their next move, whether in work, purpose, or life direction. It’s part workshop, part conversation: a guided space to pause, reconnect with your strengths, and explore new possibilities with others on a similar journey.

This isn’t a one-off pep talk: you’ll learn practical tools you can reuse any time you need to navigate change. During the session, we’ll practice using these frameworks together, so you leave confident applying them on your own.

Glowstep
Glowstep supports professionals navigating career change and reinvention. Through our Next Step workshops, group programs, and AI career companion Kym, we help people find clarity, confidence, and direction — one step at a time.

Yasmina is a design and product leader turned co-founder of Glowstep. With over 15 years’ experience leading creative and cross-functional teams in tech and design, she now helps others pause, reflect, and chart what’s next with purpose. Her facilitation style blends empathy, structure, and practical tools for real career clarity.

Next Step is hosted in partnership with , a Berlin-based creative strategy studio working at the intersection of design, futures thinking, and human insight. Together, we create spaces for reflection, experimentation, and meaningful connection — helping people and ideas move forward with intention.
