Next Play Athlete Wellness Day was created to support the whole athlete.
Join us for a free community-centered event designed for student athletes, families, and the surrounding community as we prepare for the upcoming school year and sports seasons.
This event will bring together wellness-focused resources, community organizations, family-friendly activities, and opportunities to connect in a supportive environment that prioritizes both performance and mental wellness.

Hosted by Next Play Wellness, a Texas-based mental health and wellness practice supporting student athletes, families, and communities through therapy, education, workshops, and wellness initiatives.
