As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Next Generation Action Network, we proudly look back on a decade of unwavering advocacy, transformative change, and community empowerment. From our humble beginnings in North Texas to our current status as the largest social justice organization in the region, NGAN has been at the forefront of the fight for racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, women’s rights, workers rights, voting rights, education equity, and more.

Over the past ten years, we’ve not only led some of the largest protests and legislative battles in Texas but also created lasting change in historically underserved communities. From advocating for the $62 million renovation of South Oak Cliff High School to pushing for the creation of the Dallas ISD Office of Racial Equity, our work has reshaped the landscape of equity and justice in North Texas.

But our impact doesn’t stop there. NGAN has become a national voice against voter suppression, police brutality, and systemic racism. Major media outlets have recognized our work and have inspired a new generation of activists committed to making America a better place for everyone.
