Please arrive before 12:00 PM — we start on time. We only have 1 hour to train.

11:45 AM – Check-In

11:55 AM – Warm-Up & Stretching

12:05–12:10 PM – Ladder Drill

12:10–12:15 PM – L-Drill

12:15–12:30 PM – Core & Mental Toughness Work (sit-ups, planks, focus drills)

12:30–12:32 PM – Water Break (2 minutes)

12:35–12:45 PM – No-Huddle Drill (catching + quick reset to ball)

12:45–1:00 PM – Flag Pulling Drill
