Bungee Fitness
Join us for an exhilarating Bungee Fitness class experience like no other! Our sessions are designed to provide a full-body workout while having a blast bouncing and flying through the air. No prior experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to try something new!
If you wish to join us then you will need to attend a taster session first to be fitted with all the necessary equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. After completing a taster session, you'll receive a password that grants you access to book your spot in our exciting Bungee Fitness classes.
If you cannot come at the same time each week don't worry - you can swap between any of our classes using our swapboard at any point during the course (subject to availability). Simply book onto the course you plan to attend most often. Please check your booking confirmation for how to swap between classes.
This unique fitness opportunity is open to all, including those with joint issues, as all movements are fully supported by the equipment.
