“Join Us at the Table” after school for kids and teens.Series meets 12x on Mondays 4-6pm from 9/8/25 – 12/15/25
Series skips 10/13, 11/10 and 12/1.
Session is open to 2nd graders through 9th graders. Participants will be grouped by age/grade.

Students in grades 2–9 will gain mastery of essential and advanced culinary techniques while working in groups tailored to their experience level. The program features two student-led dining events, giving families the opportunity to see their young chefs grow into confident culinary hosts.
Weeks 1–6 – Skills for the Modern Chef: Precise knife cuts, handcrafted pastry work, sauce-making, flavor architecture
Weeks 7–12 — Creativity, Refinement, and Hosting: Artful plating, menu design, seasonal recipes
* Oct 20 — Midpoint Halloween Harvest Showcase
*Dec 15 — Grand Finale: The Festive Feast
