Free Half-Day Photography Workshop for Young People

Join In Focus for a free half-day photography workshop as part of CAN YOU HEAR US?, Creative Island’s celebration of creativity and culture across the Isle of Wight.

This relaxed, practical session is for young people aged 14+ who want to learn, practise or improve their photography. No experience is needed, and you don’t need your own camera, as all equipment will be provided.

Working with experienced professional photographers, you’ll pick up tips and tricks to help make your images stand out, explore how photography can be used to make a statement, and use your camera to share your perspective on island life.

We’ll be asking: what do you love about living on the island? What needs to be improved? What hidden sides of island life do you want people to see?

Your photographs could also be featured in an Island Photography Exhibition.
