Join Navigating Empowerment Wellness Org (N.E.W.O) for a transformative table series. Designed specifically for women in transition, these sessions provide a sanctuary to move past toxic patterns and toward personal sovereignty.

• The Focus: Each session, we dive into the Personal Empowerment Contract—a commitment to your own mental health and self-sufficiency.

• The Practice: We begin and end each 90 min meeting with grounding affirmations, creating a rhythmic space for healing.

• The Work: Over seven sessions, we will navigate 17 core journaling prompts designed to spark awareness and lasting change.
