You can now book onto our March City Ladies Networking breakfast, held as usual at Newcastle Gateshead Hilton.

This session will feature an incredible spotlight, Becca Brighty, founder of ADHD Impact. Becca dedicates her work to helping fellow ADHD entrepreneurs and their employees understand how their brains are wired and how to thrive both personally and professionally.

With a background in Business Psychology and Coaching, Becca is a leading advocate for neurodiversity and is passionate about helping others unlock their potential. Diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, Becca quickly realised the power of working with her ADHD brain rather than against it, and this revelation has shaped her mission ever since.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help ADHDers discover and leverage their unique traits, build confidence, overcome procrastination, and boost their productivity to achieve a life they love.

Becca also chairs the People and Culture Forum, a monthly in-person learning and networking event in Newcastle upon Tyne. Focused on employee satisfaction and productivity, the forum attracts HR professionals, business leaders, and others passionate about creating engaged workforces.
