Part of a series of eight training events to help social housing residents understand their rights and how to stand up for them and get better treatment and services from landlords. — how to get your views across and the impact of resident engagement
— how to get views from your community
— understand how landlords make decisions
— increase your confidence and communication skills
— be interesting, worthwhile and fun!
Session is open to all social housing residents. Tea and cakes will be the provided and there’ll be lots of opportunity to network and share experiences.
A support person is welcome to attend the training with you if needed. Please just let us know via email when you receive the confirmation.
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
