Each date is the start of a new 4 week course - usually running over 4 consecutive weeks. This four week course is a great way to introduce massage to your little one and ease into baby groups, the transition to being a mum and to make a group of New Mum friends.
Our gentle introductory Newborn Nurture course is suitable for new mums and babies from birth. Over the course you will learn a full body massage routine, some simple reflexology techniques, and some gentle baby yoga holds and movements (for babies not mums) introduced gradually over the 4 weeks. You’ll also have some sensory play or cuddle time (depending on babies) for tea and coffee, where the group get to discuss how you’re all doing - to chat about sleep, self care, Babywearing and bonding, and make some lovely memories of time with your baby. All in a small group under sensory lights in our cosy studio space.
