Newbold Dash 2026 Mountain Bike Race
Returning for our second year, we welcome bike riding enthusiasts of every level and age to come racing.
This year there are two race courses:
1. The Main Dash race course for confident riders - featuring tight berms and rollers on the ‘Happy Gilmore’ trail. The Main Dash will run from 12 mid day till 4pm.
2. New for this year - the Mini Dash for young or beginner racers - a green graded loop with a gentle pedal up and fun swoopy turns. The Mini Dash will run from 10am -12
All racing is free to enter, or you can select your contribution to the event
Live timing is provided on the day and can be accessed on the race website. Take as many attempts as you wish and try to beat your previous time to get your best result. Fastest run will count towards the results and prizes.
Categories will be organised on the day when numbers handed out - including eBikes :)
On the day there will be food trucks to keep the whole family happy, plus a friendly ‘whip off’ demo and contest in the dirt jump area.
Newbold Comyn is a Sport England and Warwickshire District Council public mountain bike trail centre.
Mercia Cycles on site provide bike hire and bike servicing.
