The Newark Arts Council Ball returns to The Newark Museum of Art for a milestone 25th-anniversary celebration where art, fashion, music, and Newark culture converge. Following last year’s Gold Ball, we’re turning the museum **SILVER**—and you are part of the art. Show up in your unique, authentic expression of silver: think polished chromes, metallic textures, bedazzled fits, or subtle shine. Bring your intentional style, your perspective, and your energy to an unforgettable night that serves as a party with a purpose, bringing together art lovers, patrons, creators, and community leaders to write our next chapter.
The evening begins in the Museum Auditorium from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM with the Newark Arts Honors, a commemorative program celebrating the visionary artists, champions, and corporate partners who make Newark Arts possible. This special ceremony features remarks from leadership alongside compelling performances by Paul Conquesto and Merikara. At 7:30 PM, the celebration expands into the Court, the Sculpture Garden, and beyond with high-energy DJ sets by 400 and SHOWCASE, along with dynamic stage performances by Sophia’s Daughter, Roc & The Collective, Wyl White, and the NJS Chamber Players.
Your ticket provides an all-access pass to an experience packed with perks. Guests can enjoy complimentary live sketches at the Illustration Station by Malik Whitaker (while supplies last), snap memories at our outdoor photo activation, and explore the Sculpture Garden under the stars.
