Join us in the Lititz Springs Inn Ballroom for our New Zealand Wine Dinner! This exclusive event will be held from 6pm-9pm on Saturday, February 21st and features four courses and four paired wines. Each vintage received an excellent rating from popular wine critic James Suckling, and we will have a special welcome pour waiting for each guest when you arrive. Reservations are required and can by made by calling 717.626.2115.PAIRING MENU:
— First Course —
• New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussels with Sea Grapes, Green Apple, & Pimento
• Paired With: Mahi Pinot Gris
— Second Course —
• Wild Crimson Snapper with Uni Cream Sauce & Heirloom “Shucking” Beans
• Paired With: Huia Sauvignon Blanc
— Third Course —
• Macadamia Encrusted New Zealand Rack of Lamb with King Oyster Mushroom, White Pine Infused NZ Manuka Honey, Charred Cabbage, & Sweet Potato
• Paired With: Burn Cottage “Moonlight Race” Pinot Noir
— Fourth Course —
• “Hokey Pokey Pavlova” Chocolate Dipped Toasted Coconut Meringue, Kiwi/Plum Compote, & Honeycomb Toffee Crumble
