New Zealand Moral Injury Symposium 2026
About this Event
A symposium which opens up the emerging field of Moral Injury. The headline speaker is Dr Lindsay Carey from Australia, a well regarded international expert on Moral Injury. The speakers will explain what a Moral Injury is, the signs and symptoms and what support for those suffering a Moral Injury may look like. There will be a total of five presenters plus a panel discussion and a Q & A session.
The symposium will start at 10.00 am with a welcome in morning tea and the presenters will start at 10.30 am sharp.
Lunch is self catered. They are a number of cafes and takeaways within a five minute walk. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch and eat on site. There will be 45 minutes set aside for lunch.
Please note, there is very limited parking on site, but parking on the streets in the area. Please allow 10 - 15 minutes to park and walk.
