New York Style Bagels Baking Class

Join us to learn how to make authentic New York style bagels from scratch. Guests will enjoy a bagel brunch & take home 6 handmade bagels.
About this Event

In this hands-on New York style bagels class, participants will make their bagels 100% from start to finish including mixing, kneading, and shaping the dough by hand, boiling the bagels to get the perfect dense texture, and baking them for a crispy-on-the-outside finish. Each student will also make their own flavored cream cheese with a variety of add-in options.

Participants will take home the half dozen large bagels made in class and custom cream cheese flavor.
