The 12th Annual New York State Armwrestling Championships are coming back to the Great New York State Fair… and somehow this event just keeps getting bigger, louder, and crazier every single year.This isn’t just another tournament. This is the OFFICIAL New York State Championship and an official qualifier for the World Series of Armwrestling. Last year, New York produced the BIGGEST WSA qualifier in the country, and now the cameras are rolling into Syracuse to capture it all. WSA will be on-site filming for Prime & RAYD8, with the Championship Finals ultimately landing on ESPN.
This year we move into our own massive new location directly across from the Eatery, where Daniella’s Steak House used to be. We’re talking a packed 300+ person venue, huge bar area, wall-to-wall action, and enough energy to shake the Fairgrounds. While over 104,893 people poured into the Fair during last year’s event, the armwrestling area became one of the wildest attractions on the grounds.

Pro - 154, 176, 198, 220, 242, 243+ (Over 4 yrs in the sport)
*Masters (49+) - 170, 209, 210+
*Grand Masters (59+) - TBD (class split by weight)
WOMEN CLASSES
Women's AM - 160, 161+ (Less than 3 yrs in the sport)
Women's Pro - 138, 160, 161+ (Over 3 yrs in the sport)
